Where can I find a Word document version of the stardard IRS W-9 form?

Question by IRC/Mud Addict: Exactly where can I discover a Word document edition of the stardard IRS W-9 type?
I do not care for working with PDFs, especially the IRS ones exactly where you cannot save the form.
Don’t visit www.biznfin.com (mentioned beneath) because it’s just irrelevant spam.

PDF is all that you are going to find. If a Word version existed, don’t you think the IRS would have it on their website? Word can be modified too easily which is why a Word version does not exist.
